Mobile verification手机验证

Mobile sign-in accepts eligible Mainland China (+86) numbers through Alibaba Cloud and eligible +1 North American Numbering Plan numbers through Firebase. Other numbers should use Google sign-in. You must control the number you submit and may not use temporary, shared, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained numbers. Verification codes are for account access only, expire after a limited time, are verified automatically when six digits are entered, and are subject to resend and attempt limits.

Before an SMS is sent, we may require an anti-abuse or human-verification check, including Alibaba Cloud Captcha 2.0 for +86 numbers and Firebase app-verification checks for +1 numbers. SMS delivery depends on successful security checks, carriers, regional rules, provider availability, and accurate number entry; delivery is not guaranteed. We may change, suspend, or restrict mobile verification to prevent abuse, meet legal or carrier requirements, or protect the service. Your carrier may apply its normal messaging or roaming charges.

手机号登录支持符合条件的中国大陆（+86）号码（通过阿里云）及符合条件的 +1 北美编号计划号码（通过 Firebase）；其他号码应使用 Google 登录。您必须实际控制所提交的号码，不得使用临时、共享、未经授权或以欺诈方式取得的号码。验证码仅用于账号访问，会在限定时间后失效，填满 6 位数字后自动验证，并受重发频率和尝试次数限制。

Knowledge Atlas generation rules知识图谱使用规则

These platform rules cover requests, revisions, retries, uploads and edits. They describe service boundaries; they do not declare every restricted topic illegal in every jurisdiction. Applicable law may impose additional requirements.

以下为平台内容规则，覆盖新建、修改、重试、上传与编辑；不代表每一类限制在所有地区均属违法。法律要求应以适用地区的现行法律为准。

What you may generate可以生成

Educational explanations, science, culture, neutral historical research, news analysis, evidence-based policy criticism (including criticism of national leaders), fact checking, defensive security and safety education are allowed. Contextual quotation for analysis is allowed. Sensitive words, controversy or disagreement alone do not establish a violation.

允许教育讲解、科学文化、正常历史研究、新闻讨论、有依据的政策批评（包括对国家领导人和公职人员的政策批评）、事实核查、防御性安全研究和安全教育。分析所必需的上下文引用可以生成。涉及敏感词、争议或不同观点本身，不自动构成违规。

What you may not generate禁止生成

• Operational guidance for violent or terrorist wrongdoing, unlawful activities endangering national security, terrorist recruitment or violent incitement.暴力、恐怖主义或危害国家安全的违法活动的可操作指导，恐怖组织招募、宣传鼓动或暴力煽动。
• Threats, targeted insults, malicious humiliation of a person (including national leaders), or knowingly fabricating defamatory claims. Evidence-based criticism of decisions is allowed.针对个人（包括国家领导人）的威胁、辱骂、恶意羞辱或明知虚假仍捏造事实进行诽谤；有依据地批评其决策不属于此类。
• Discrimination, hateful abuse or incitement against groups based on ethnicity, race, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation or disability.针对民族、种族、国籍、宗教、性别、性取向、残障等群体的歧视、仇恨、非人化描述或暴力鼓动。
• Child sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate imagery, explicit pornography or other sexual exploitation.儿童性剥削、非自愿私密影像、露骨色情及其他性剥削内容。
• Actionable fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, illicit trade or criminal instructions.诈骗、钓鱼、盗号、恶意软件、违法交易或其他犯罪行为的可操作指导。
• Doxxing, exposing private personal information without authorization, stalking or sustained harassment.人肉搜索、未经授权公开个人隐私、跟踪或持续骚扰。

“Public order and good morals” means the concrete harms above, such as threats, harassment, privacy invasion and exploitation. It is not a catch-all penalty for unpopular views.

Review and five violations审核与五次违规

Server review occurs before generation and allowance reservation. Clear violations block the request and create a record with category, time, policy version and evidence. Refreshing, reconnecting or retrying the same request does not add strikes. Uncertainty, outages, timeouts and generation or saving errors do not count. The fifth confirmed violation suspends this website's Knowledge Atlas generation and writing permissions. Sign-in, reading and exporting existing pages remain available. Other Awesome Bears apps are not automatically suspended. Revoked decisions no longer count; access returns when fewer than five effective violations remain.

One formal account appeal每个账号仅一次正式申诉

A suspended account may submit one formal appeal through Account status. This lifetime opportunity does not reset after reinstatement or another suspension. It is used only when the server successfully saves the appeal; duplicate submissions or a lost acknowledgement return the same appeal. A submitted appeal cannot be edited. Administrators review selected decisions and provide an approval or rejection reason. Approval withdraws incorrect decisions, not unrelated violations. View the result on the same page. This platform limit does not remove statutory rights, privacy requests or other remedies under applicable law.

封禁账号可在账号状态页提交一次正式申诉。机会按账号终身计算，解封或再次封禁后不重置。只有服务器成功保存才消耗机会；重复点击、断网或响应丢失不会额外消耗，重试会返回同一条申诉。提交后不可修改。管理员核对所选违规依据并填写理由，决定通过或驳回。通过申诉将撤销误判，不自动清除其他有效违规。进度与结果在同一页面查看。此限制不影响适用法律规定的法定权利、隐私请求或其他救济。
