This notice explains how awesome-bears, inc. collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use Awesome Bears websites and the Knowledge Atlas service. Information we collect我们收集的信息

We may collect account information such as an email address supplied by Google sign-in, a mobile number supplied for phone sign-in, display name, authentication identifiers, and profile details; content and prompts you submit; page metadata and visibility settings; and technical data such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, timestamps, logs, and analytics events. Awesome Bears does not offer email/password registration or sign-in.

How we use information我们如何使用信息

We use information to authenticate users, create and host pages, provide support, secure and debug the service, prevent abuse, measure reliability, communicate service notices, and comply with law. We do not use private page content for unrelated advertising.

Regional mobile sign-in and SMS verification区域手机号登录与短信验证

Eligible Mainland China (+86) numbers use Alibaba Cloud Captcha 2.0 before an SMS request and Alibaba Cloud Phone Number Verification Service to send and verify the one-time login code. Captcha-related interaction, device, browser, network, IP-address, and risk signals may be sent to Alibaba Cloud to distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive traffic. Cloudflare receives the resulting short-lived, single-use verification parameter, verifies it with Alibaba Cloud on the server, and stores only short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers derived from the number and IP address. Awesome Bears does not expose the provider's code response or store the code as an account credential.

Eligible +1 North American Numbering Plan numbers use Firebase Phone Authentication. The number and device verification information, including reCAPTCHA signals, are sent to Google so Firebase can deliver the code, authenticate the user, and prevent spam and abuse. Google may store phone numbers for those anti-abuse purposes. Verified numbers are associated with the Firebase account and mirrored to the Awesome Bears user profile. Other numbers should use Google sign-in. Requesting any code requires agreement to this policy.

符合条件的中国大陆（+86）号码会先经过阿里云验证码 2.0，再由阿里云号码认证服务发送并核验一次性登录验证码。为识别正常用户、自动化程序与滥用流量，验证码相关的交互、设备、浏览器、网络、IP 地址及风险信号可能会发送给阿里云。Cloudflare 后端接收短时有效且仅可使用一次的验证参数，并向阿里云完成服务端核验；同时仅短期保存由手机号和 IP 地址生成的哈希限流标识。Awesome Bears 不会向前端暴露服务商返回的验证码，也不会将验证码作为账号凭据保存。

Retention and security信息保留与安全

We retain account mobile numbers until the account is deleted or the number is removed, subject to legal and backup requirements. SMS send limits expire after about 60 minutes or less, and failed-code attempt limits expire after about 10 minutes. Service providers may retain operational records under their own policies and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and may object to or limit certain processing where applicable law provides. Contact us through the official company profile. We may need to verify your request. You can also control cookies through your browser; strictly necessary storage may be required for authentication and language preferences.

Children and international users儿童与国际用户

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in countries different from yours, subject to applicable safeguards. We update this policy when our practices change.

ATLAS

Content review and appeals内容审核与申诉

Submitted prompts, revision instructions and relevant page content are processed by our server and Google Vertex AI before generation to apply the Atlas rules. Contextual review may include a second automated assessment. Confidence does not guarantee correctness; authorized administrators can revoke errors.

We retain request fingerprints, rule categories, times, policy versions, effective counts, restrictions, the account's single-appeal-used flag, outcomes and audits while the account exists, subject to applicable legal retention and rights requests. Necessary evidence excerpts and limited context are encrypted and removed from active evidence storage after 90 days, during the next maintenance sweep. Pending appeal text is encrypted and retained until review, then removed after 90 days during maintenance. Backups and service providers may have separate retention schedules. Do not include passwords, identity documents or unrelated private information in appeals.

账号存在期间保存请求指纹、类别、时间、规则版本、有效次数、权限限制、唯一申诉是否已使用的标记、处理结果及审计记录，并按适用法律及权利请求处理。必要证据片段和有限上下文加密保存，90 天后在下次维护任务中从活动证据存储清除。待处理申诉正文加密保存至复核完成，处理后 90 天在维护任务中清除。备份及服务商可能采用各自的保存周期。请勿在申诉中提供密码、身份证件或无关隐私。

Evidence and appeal text are available only through administrator-authenticated review and do not enter public task responses, analytics or general error logs. Evidence access and restriction changes record the administrator, time and decision. Sign-in and existing pages remain available during suspension. Contact us through the company profile for applicable privacy rights requests.
